Based in Austin Texas, I’ve been preparing, building, constructing and engineering food for photography for 15 years. From an eight-scoop ice cream cone to enchiladas that burst into flame on cue, I’ve styled for major publications, national corporate clients and neighborhood cafes (many times in open fields, garages or studios with no running water or kitchen facilities at all). I love bringing our the natural beauty of real food on camera as well as crafting ultra styled special-effects food sculpture. My dreams include building a gown out of produce and an Asian meal made of hardware. |
