I have a bit of a genius for spatial organization, can source storage solutions and implement inventive ideas for making the most of your space to reflect your style. Together we can prioritize your most important possessions for easy access and create degrees of storage  for the rest.   
I call it Kitchen Intuition. 

 

Professionally, for the past 15 years I've been a freelance photo stylist. I've designed, created and procured furnishings, props, wardrobe, animal talent from armadillos to Rottweilers, for advertising photo shoots for major local and national clients. I've developed resources for nearly anything in any style at any price. This work requires perfectionism, problem-solving, an excellent eye for composition in 2- and 3-D, budget and schedule consciousness and the ability to make a tool out of anything.

Personally, I've done more than my share of collecting, settling in then later downsizing. Just a couple of years ago I emptied 17 kitchen cabinets at the end of a relationship, moved into a friend's extra room and managed for 2 years with 2 kitchen cabinets. I had four food processors! I've learned to prioritize, compromise and consolidate. I have a gift for loading a trunk, truck or dishwasher so that Everything Fits.

Psychologically, I understand that clutter is stressful; order and space promote clarity. However, I also get the emotional connection we have to our things, our treasures and heirlooms, and can help make practical distinctions between heartfelt and habitual attachment.
